Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Experience working within educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and families
- Familiarity with developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Knowledge of special education laws, guidelines, and best practices
- Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to positive outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive evaluations
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide coaching and professional development to teachers and support staff on behavioral strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform interventions
- Communicate with families to share strategies, progress, and recommendations
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain accurate documentation

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
