This full-time contract opportunity is designed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about early intervention and helping students reach their full potential. As a valued member of the school community, you will provide both direct support to Kindergarten and 1st-grade students while also consulting across all student populations.
Key qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement individualized intervention plans
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop functional intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement effective behavioral interventions
- Provide direct and consultative support to students in Kindergarten and 1st grade, and extend BCBA expertise to other student populations as needed
- Monitor progress, maintain clear documentation, and adjust plans as appropriate
- Engage in professional development to stay updated with best practices in behavioral analysis
