Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to an engaging contract opportunity supporting 6th12th grade students. This rewarding role offers the chance to make a daily difference in students lives, shaping positive outcomes throughout the school year from August through June.
Working full-time in a vibrant educational setting near Downingtown, PA, youll develop and implement effective behavioral interventions while collaborating with educational staff and families. Your efforts will foster an inclusive environment where students are empowered to succeed academically and socially.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a current Pennsylvania certification
- Valid Act 34, 151, and 114 clearances
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings, preferably with middle and high school students
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized intervention plans
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training for students, staff, and families
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Attend meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and ethical standards
