Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working with school-age children (K-12) preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
  • Design and implement effective behavior intervention plans for students, adapting strategies as needed
  • Consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Provide direct support, training, and coaching to school staff on applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Monitor students progress and adjust interventions to maximize success
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and ethical guidelines
