Qualifications & Certifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with school-age children (K-12) preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
- Design and implement effective behavior intervention plans for students, adapting strategies as needed
- Consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Provide direct support, training, and coaching to school staff on applied behavior analysis techniques
- Monitor students progress and adjust interventions to maximize success
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and ethical guidelines
