What youll need to excel:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills and an ability to consult effectively with educational teams, families, and other professionals
- Enthusiasm for promoting inclusive practices and positive behavior supports
Key responsibilities:
- Assess students needs and design individualized behavioral interventions
- Develop, oversee, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement strategies with consistency and fidelity
- Provide training and ongoing support to school teams on behavioral best practices
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make informed recommendations
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with regulatory and district standards
