Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Schools
Location: Dover, Delaware
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Analyze client data and make program modifications to support progress and treatment goals.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct care staff.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments.
- Collaborate with families, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, state, and payer requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active state licensure (if applicable).
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of care.
