Job Description

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to provide direct support for students with Autism in a school setting. This contract role is located in Derry, NH, and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through in-person services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Discrete Trial Training (DTT) to students throughout the day.
  • Address and support immediate behavioral needs as they arise.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to promote positive student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with students with Autism in educational settings.
  • Ability to provide in-the-moment behavioral support and direct intervention.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
