This position seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within a K-12 school setting. Located in the Baton Rouge area, this contract role involves working 37.5 hours a week across five days, focusing on designing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to students unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Monitor data and adjust interventions based on student outcomes
- Provide training and mentorship to school staff on behavior management strategies
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification is required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in educational settings
- Proven ability to analyze behavioral data and apply evidence-based interventions
