Job Description

This full-time, onsite position is available immediately and will extend through the end of the current school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Dayton, Ohio. Serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role as a Behavior Specialist, collaborating with teams across nine school buildings to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with school staff to assess behavioral challenges and design effective interventions
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support to educators and support personnel
  • Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate intervention outcomes and adjust plans accordingly
  • Facilitating professional development sessions related to behavior management
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations

Applicants must hold an active Ohio BCBA license. Experience working within school environments and a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles are essential.
