This full-time contract opportunity focuses on collaborating with a dedicated team to drive positive behavioral changes and foster a supportive learning environment for elementary-aged students.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Demonstrated experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing effective behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication abilities, with a collaborative team spirit
- Understanding of evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Ability to provide guidance and training to school staff and families as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student behavior and design individualized intervention plans
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Work closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school support staff to implement intervention strategies
- Provide consultation and training to staff and families to ensure the fidelity of behavior supports
- Attend team meetings and contribute behavior expertise to student support plans
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with school and ethical standards
