A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in an elementary school setting located in Danbury, CT. This contract role offers the opportunity to support and enhance the behavioral development of elementary-aged students within a structured school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Provide direct behavioral support and coaching to students to promote positive outcomes.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure goals are met.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students is strongly preferred.
