Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, valid in California
- Demonstrated experience working within a school setting
- Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA practices and behavioral interventions
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communicatorskilled at presenting information to both staff and families

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design intervention plans
- Oversee implementation of behavior plans, provide ongoing training for school personnel
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to promote student success
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support students covered under MAT leaves during the assignment period
