Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based Contract
Location: Dallas, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time | Next School Year
37.5 hours per week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across a school district in Dallas, TX. This is an itinerant role working across multiple campuses, providing behavioral support to both general education and special education students. The BCBA will play a key role in promoting positive student outcomes, supporting staff, and ensuring effective behavior interventions are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative support to students across campuses
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Train and coach staff on behavior strategies and implementation
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Assignment Details:
- Itinerant position supporting multiple school sites
- Caseload includes students across grade levels
Requirements:
- Active Texas BCBA certification required
- School-based experience preferred
