Qualifications:
- Current Illinois BCBA certification required
- Previous experience with early childhood and K-8 populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of early childhood and K-8 students in cooperative programming
- Conduct FBAs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and provide training for staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student progress
