Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school setting located in Joliet, IL. This position involves providing expert behavioral services under a cooperative programming model, focusing on Early Childhood through 8th grade students during the 26/27 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective strategies that enhance students learning and development.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians and other related service providers.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Current Illinois BCBA certification is required.
  • Experience working with an Early Childhood to middle school caseload preferred.
  • Ability to manage a caseload within a cooperative programming framework.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families.

Position Details:

  • Location: Joliet, IL (close to Crest Hill)
  • Contract position
  • 35 hours per week
