Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois BCBA certification required
- Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis within educational settings
- Experience working with early childhood and K-8th grade populations preferred
- Excellent communication and case management abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and collaborative teaming
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create tailored behavior intervention plans
- Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to implement best practices
- Oversee and support intervention fidelity across varied age groups and needs
- Provide training and ongoing consultation to school staff and paraprofessionals
- Collect and interpret data to monitor student progress, ensuring interventions are effective
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards
