Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis within educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to implement best practices
  • Oversee and support intervention fidelity across varied age groups and needs
  • Provide training and ongoing consultation to school staff and paraprofessionals
  • Collect and interpret data to monitor student progress, ensuring interventions are effective
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards
