Step into a vital role supporting student success as a part-time Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract position offers the unique opportunity to make a tangible impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. The assignment runs from ASAP through August 6, 2026, including the extended school year (ESY) period.
You will be focused solely on providing high-quality supervision, dedicating 2 hours per week (8 hours per month) on a virtual basis. Your expertise will guide and support staff practices, directly influencing positive outcomes for students in an innovative and collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Active Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license required
- Strong background in remote supervision and behavioral analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to professional integrity and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual supervision and support in alignment with best-evidence practice
- Provide expert consultation and oversight to school-based staff as needed
- Maintain comprehensive and ethical documentation of supervision sessions
- Collaborate with educators and families to foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere
