Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly those with autism or developmental differences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for partnership with staff, students, and families.
- Ability to train and support school personnel in behavior management strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administration to tailor strategies to each students needs.
