Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong foundation in functional behavior assessment and intervention planning
• Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to ethical practices and evidence-based methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and gather data to create individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and support staff in implementing positive behavior supports and interventions
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and develop goals that align with student success
• Monitor progress, document results, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
• Advocate for student access to appropriate behavioral services within the educational setting
