Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in Corona, CA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a qualified professional passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs, promoting positive student outcomes, and collaborating with educators and families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust behavioral strategies based on data and observed outcomes.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers.
  • Support the implementation of IEP-related behavioral goals and student support plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with applicable educational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with school-aged children and students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs preferred.
