Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Active BCBA national certification, verified through the BACB
• Demonstrated experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and staff remotely
• Technological proficiency and comfort working via teletherapy or remote platforms
• Ability to design and oversee individualized behavior plans

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students across varying age groups
