  • Strong record of collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Comfort providing services to students across a range of age groups (specific caseload details to be determined)
  • Excellent communication skills and tech proficiency for remote work
  • Prior experience with school-based behavioral support preferred

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect relevant data
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies for students
  • Consult and collaborate with teaching staff to support effective behavioral practices
  • Provide progress reports and adapt plans based on ongoing assessment
  • Participate in remote meetings, including team and panel interviews as necessary
