Key qualifications:
- Current BCBA National Certification, verified through the BACB
- Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within school settings
- Strong record of collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
- Comfort providing services to students across a range of age groups (specific caseload details to be determined)
- Excellent communication skills and tech proficiency for remote work
- Prior experience with school-based behavioral support preferred
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect relevant data
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies for students
- Consult and collaborate with teaching staff to support effective behavioral practices
- Provide progress reports and adapt plans based on ongoing assessment
- Participate in remote meetings, including team and panel interviews as necessary
