  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in an educational environment
  • Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and collect meaningful data
  • Strong communication skills with staff, students, and families
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs through observation and data collection to inform intervention strategies
  • Develop and monitor individualized behavioral programs focused on student achievement
