Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in an educational environment
- Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and collect meaningful data
- Strong communication skills with staff, students, and families
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development is beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs through observation and data collection to inform intervention strategies
- Develop and monitor individualized behavioral programs focused on student achievement
- Train and consult with teachers, support staff, and parents on the effective use of ABA interventions
