Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play an essential role in developing and overseeing effective therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents, collaborating closely with families, educators, and other clinicians.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold current BCBA certification
  • Experience in educational settings, particularly with school-aged children
  • Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and designing intervention plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable delivering services both virtually and in-person, depending on client needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across disciplines
  • Committed to ethical, evidence-based practices

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and ongoing monitoring for students
  • Deliver services in a variety of settings, including clinic, home, and approximately 75% remote/virtual sessions
  • Train and support families, caregivers, and school staff on implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to collaborative care
