What we're looking for:

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Previous experience in school settings or with kindergarten/elementary populations preferred
• Strong assessment, data collection, and intervention planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and student-centered outcomes

Key responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support and consultation for kindergarten and 1st grade caseload, extending expertise to wider student populations as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Train and collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to ensure interventions are carried out effectively
• Participate in team meetings, progress reviews, and student planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards consistent with BCBA licensure
