Key Qualifications:

• Active NY ABA, RBT, or BCBA certification required
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a school or similar setting
• Familiarity with working one-on-one with elementary-aged students
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Collaborative approach to working alongside teachers, families, and school support staff
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic educational setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy and support to a 5th grade student, following an individualized behavior intervention plan onsite
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers to promote the students positive behavior and inclusion
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective strategies
• Maintain accurate therapy records and communication logs as required
