Key Qualifications:
- Active NY ABA, RBT, or BCBA certification required
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a school or similar setting
- Familiarity with working one-on-one with elementary-aged students
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Collaborative approach to working alongside teachers, families, and school support staff
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA therapy and support to a 5th grade student, following an individualized behavior intervention plan onsite
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers to promote the students positive behavior and inclusion
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective strategies
- Maintain accurate therapy records and communication logs as required
