What Were Seeking:
- Current NY licensure or credentials as an ABA Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working in an educational or pediatric setting, particularly with elementary-aged students, is highly valued
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt interventions based on individual student needs and progress
Your Impact:
- Provide direct ABA therapy and behavioral interventions onsite for a 5th-grade student
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
