Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by providing essential behavioral support to a 5th-grade student in a welcoming school environment on a part-time, contract basis. This onsite position is located in the Clifton Park, NY area and is designed for dedicated professionals passionate about improving student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid New York ABA, RBT, or BCBA credentials are required
  • Experience working in school settings with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and students
  • Proven ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to a 5th-grade student, ensuring individualized interventions are implemented with fidelity
  • Collect data and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to promote student growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster consistency and reinforce positive behaviors across environments
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of therapy sessions, interventions, and student progress
  • Adhere strictly to ethical and professional standards as set by RBT/BCBA guidelines and school policies
