A school-based opportunity is available in Cleveland, TN, seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide essential support within a school setting. This role involves collaboration with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and the behavioral team to address student needs through assessments, evaluations, and tailored behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver BCBA support and supervision to RBTs and behavioral staff within the school district.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with behavior-related challenges.
- Collaborate with special education (SPED) teams to support and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Work effectively with diverse student populations to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to district behavioral staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA license valid in Tennessee (TN).
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans in educational settings.
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and working with special education teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Location and Schedule:
- Position is onsite in Cleveland, TN.
- Options for full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week) availability.
- Contract position supporting the full year or the 2024-25 school year.
