Job Description

A skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide comprehensive behavioral support within a K-12 school setting. This role focuses on delivering expert BCBA services to assist the behavioral team and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in managing and improving student behavioral outcomes. You will assess, evaluate, and support students with behavior-related challenges, collaborating closely with special education professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavioral staff.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students exhibiting behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with special education teams to support IEP development and implementation.
  • Work effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, interventions, and progress.
  • Support compliance with district policies and educational regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA license for the state of Tennessee.
  • Experience working in school environments with K-12 students.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools, intervention strategies, and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in special education settings.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Position Details:

  • Location: Onsite in Cleveland, TN.
  • Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week) options available.
  • Duration: School Year (NSY) contract.
