We are partnering with schools to connect qualified BCBAs with rewarding school-based opportunities supporting students' behavioral, social, and academic development.
Position Details:
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Full-time | Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement and monitor evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- School-based experience preferred
