Step into a meaningful role supporting student success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school environment near Cleveland, OH. This full-time, contract opportunity runs from now through May 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. While this is an in-person position, candidates located in Ohio who are interested in virtual opportunities are also welcome to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Ohio is required
- Residency in Ohio
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention design, and implementation within a school context
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred
- Ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans
- Flexible and adaptable approach to new challenges
Primary Duties:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to develop effective intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to support student behavioral goals
- Provide direct support and coaching to educational staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes
- Ensure all activities comply with state and district policies and ethical guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
