This contract opportunity involves working closely with the Pyramid Program, an intensive initiative tailored for students who benefit from structured, therapeutic support within a general education setting. Youll collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver effective behavioral support strategies and interventions. The position offers a unique onboarding periodshadow the current BCBA until December before taking over independently through the end of the academic year (June 4). The role is based at a dynamic middle school and is full time, with some flexibility for potential meetings after regular hours.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure required
  • Experience with students exhibiting significant behavioral or emotional needs preferred
  • Ability to create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong consultation and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to effectively communicate with staff, students, and families
  • Background in school-based or therapeutic education settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for the Pyramid Program
  • Develop, monitor, and revise individualized behavior plans as needed
  • Collaborate with special education staff, therapists, and school personnel
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform best practices
  • Support the transition process in December and offer continuity of care for students
  • Attend meetings as required, potentially outside standard school hours
