Job Description
Make a meaningful impact supporting students as an onsite behavioral professional for the upcoming school year. As an integral member of the educational team, youll provide expert behavioral support and intervention, serving a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels. The position is a full school year contract, working 32.5 hours per week in a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required, or substantial direct experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Professional state licensure appropriate to the role and location
- Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) within educational settings
- Ability to work effectively onsite with both students and educational staff
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA interventions for students in the ABLE program, adapting strategies to individual student needs
- Manage a caseload spanning various grade levels, with potential to support across multiple school buildings
- Conduct behavior assessments, develop targeted behavior plans, and monitor student progress
- Coordinate with educational teams, teachers, and families for comprehensive student support
- Maintain ongoing documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
