Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to develop effective interventions
- Design and update individualized behavior intervention plans for students, ensuring goals are data-driven and measurable
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support implementation of strategies across classroom and home settings
- Provide coaching and training to teachers and support staff on behavioral management techniques
- Collect thorough documentation and monitor student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Travel onsite to designated schools as assigned, with caseload and locations determined prior to start
