Desired Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Ability to develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational abilities and documentation proficiency

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) for students identified by school staff
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust behavioral intervention plans to address student needs
  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to implement and review interventions
  • Provide training, consultation, and direct support to staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
  • Collect and analyze data to measure intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation and reports as required by school and regulatory standards
