Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students in a vibrant and collaborative school environment. As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, you will help foster positive behavioral change and growth among students, consulting closely with educators and families. This is a contract position offering opportunities to apply your expertise within the school setting.
Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification required
- Experience working in a school environment preferred
- Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools and intervention planning
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, support staff, and families
- Clear communication, both written and verbal
- Dedication to student advocacy and individualized support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design effective treatment plans
- Provide ongoing analysis and adjustment of behavior intervention strategies
- Train and support school personnel in implementing behavior support plans
- Collect data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of student care
