As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, you will help foster positive behavioral change and growth among students, consulting closely with educators and families. This is a contract position offering opportunities to apply your expertise within the school setting.

Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification required
• Experience working in a school environment preferred
• Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools and intervention planning
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, support staff, and families
• Clear communication, both written and verbal
• Dedication to student advocacy and individualized support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design effective treatment plans
• Provide ongoing analysis and adjustment of behavior intervention strategies
• Train and support school personnel in implementing behavior support plans
• Collect data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of student care
