Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve middle school students within a dynamic autism support program for the 2026/2027 academic year. Work directly on site as an integral resource across five campuses, using your expertise to deliver evidence-based interventions and positive supports for students in the LINKS Program.

As a BCBA in this contract position, youll collaborate closely with educators, manage a middle school caseload, and provide both direct services to students and consultative support to faculty. Play a pivotal role in coaching teams, implementing robust data collection and progress monitoring systems, and fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification/license (required)
  • Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Bilingual abilities welcome
  • Demonstrated skills in supporting educators and implementing autism-specific practices
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with data-driven methodologies for student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct ABA services and consultation for middle school students in the LINKS Autism Program
  • Drive staff training, model evidence-based interventions, and offer guidance on best practices for students with autism
  • Manage and document progress monitoring and data collection systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across SEZP campuses
  • Ensure timely arrival and professional communication regarding schedule or absences

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of drug screening, fingerprinting, and CORI/background check
  • Reliable transportation to multiple sites
