Core Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload spanning various grade levels (K-12), promoting positive student outcomes
  • Develop individualized behavioral intervention plans for assigned students
  • Collaborate closely with educators and school staff to ensure fidelity of interventions
  • Provide direct support, staff training, and data-driven progress monitoring
  • Serve multiple schools as needed to address behavioral needs across settings
  • Document progress and adapt interventions as necessary to optimize student growth
