What we're seeking:

• Active BCBA certification and current licensure
• Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably across multiple schools or grade levels
• Deep knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their application in educational environments
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and staff
• Ability to travel between schools within the district as needed
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and upholding confidential student information

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students throughout the district
• Providing direct support, training, and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
• Conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing data for informed recommendations
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as necessary
• Facilitating meetings with IEP teams and contributing to student goal development
• Offering guidance on best practices to promote positive learning environments district-wide
