Step into a pivotal role supporting young learners with behavioral needs as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This full-time contract opportunity centers on kindergarten and first-grade students, focusing on providing expertise in behavioral intervention and positive support strategies. You will guide individualized and group interventions, conduct assessments, and collaborate closely with educational teams to encourage growth and success for each child.

Qualifications:
- BCBA certification
- Experience with BIP (Behavior Intervention Plans) and FBA (Functional Behavior Assessment) processes
- Knowledge of early childhood or elementary school settings preferred
- Previous supervision of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) strongly desired
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs for K-1 students
- Complete FBAs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring fidelity to intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families on behavioral goals
- Track student progress and adjust supports as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
