Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA license for the state of Tennessee
- Previous experience with school-based support or behavioral analysis preferred
- Capacity to supervise, lead, and collaborate with RBTs and SPED teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct BCBA support to RBT and behavioral teams within the school
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students with behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with IEP and SPED teams to create impactful student plans
- Provide supervision and professional guidance within the district
- Deliver services onsite for diverse student populations
