Make a difference as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by supporting students and educators across a vibrant, diverse school district in the Chattanooga area. In this contract, onsite-only role, youll have the opportunity to positively impact learning outcomes for a wide range of K-12 students through a consultative, district-based model. Your expertise will guide and empower school teams as they address student needs through a well-structured referral and support process.
What youll bring:
- Current, active BCBA certification
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with school-age populations and diverse caseloads is helpful
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Willingness and ability to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and background requirements
- Previous work in educational settings or multidisciplinary teams preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Work out of the district office, providing behavioral consultation and analytical support to multiple schools as referrals arise (district covers 80 schools; not all open to caseload)
- Partner with Vanderbilt Triad program consultantsregularly engaging in data reviews and feedback sessions
- Utilize a high-quality Help Desk process that ensures supports are manageable and effective
- Partner with school teams, administrators, and families to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
- Contribute to a culture focused on student success, data-driven practices, and continuous improvement
In this flexible, part-time position (10-15 hours weekly), youll be supported by a thoughtful infrastructure designed to keep workloads balanced and meaningful. Caseloads are determined with geographic and practical considerations, and your impact is multiplied by the collaborative model in place.
