Your primary focus will be providing vital behavioral support and coaching in early childhood education settings, serving as a critical resource for teachers and students alike. Youll have the opportunity to rotate through different classrooms each quarter, ensuring a diverse and dynamic caseload in a supportive environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering effective behavioral support and guidance for PreK-K students
- Conducting in-person classroom observations and developing tailored behavior management plans
- Coaching educators through best practices in behavior management strategies
- Collaborating with staff and administration on intervention planning and progress monitoring
- Flexibly rotating among classroom assignments on a quarterly basis
- Meeting in-person observation requirements for all students on your caseload
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Demonstrated experience working in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings
- Comfort with hybrid work environments (minimum three days on-site weekly)
- Ability to complete required in-person background checks (processing times vary 2-6 weeks)
- Strong communication, adaptability, and consultative skills
