Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention plans in educational settings
  • Strong collaboration skills working with teachers, paraprofessionals, parents, and support staff
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for documenting, presenting, and training
  • Professional approach to confidentiality and ethical behavior standards

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing student needs and conducting individualized functional behavior assessments
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Training and coaching school staff to consistently apply behavioral strategies
  • Monitoring progress, collecting data, and adjusting plans as needed for student success
  • Participating in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations on behavioral supports
  • Collaborating with parents and team members for comprehensive student support
