Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification (required at submission)
  • Demonstrated school-based BCBA experience, preferably supporting severe/autism populations (ages 222)
  • Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
  • Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments and developing Behavior Support Plans
  • Reliable transportation and on-site availability only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students and staff through behavioral intervention, especially around crisis/de-escalation
  • Conduct FBAs and create BSPs tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate on IEP behavior goals and support effective data collection
  • Provide ongoing behavioral guidance and professional development for school staff
