A opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students within a school setting in Cambridge, Maryland. This contract role offers the chance to apply behavioral expertise to foster positive development and educational success for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff on evidence-based behavioral techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and school policies in all behavioral services.

- Current BCBA certification.
