Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience implementing behavioral assessments, developing intervention plans, and training school staff
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Prior work in school settings highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide crisis intervention support and proactive strategies
• Deliver training, modeling, and consultation for teachers and support staff on evidence-based behavioral practices
• Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in ongoing communication with families to support generalization of strategies
