Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
  • Proven experience working within educational settings, preferably schools
  • Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving and data analysis abilities
  • Commitment to ethical standards and evidence-based practices
  • Experience providing training or consultation to school staff is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess student behavioral needs and utilize data-driven approaches to guide interventions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
  • Conduct and interpret behavioral assessments
  • Collaborate with instructional staff to integrate behavior management strategies into classroom routines
  • Train and provide ongoing consultation for teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to behavioral support in school settings
