A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This role involves designing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students with diverse learning needs, collaborating with educational staff, and monitoring progress to ensure positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Monitor and analyze student progress, modifying interventions as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior strategies and data collection.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
