Job Description
Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary and middle school students by providing expert behavioral guidance in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through June 15, 2027, with the possibility for extension or transition to a permanent role. You'll work onsite for 35 hours weekly, serving students at both the elementary and middle school levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA credential and Massachusetts state licensure
- School-based BCBA experience required
- Expertise working with students in both substantially separate and inclusion environments, based on IEP service delivery
- Must be able to complete CORI and fingerprint processes (CORI completed in person at district office)
- Credentialed candidates will be prioritized
- Strong consultative, collaborative, and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver ongoing BCBA services for elementary and middle school students across two sites
- Support, consult, and collaborate with school teams to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct behavioral support aligned with IEP requirements
- Partner with educators and families to promote best practices and student progress
- Gather and analyze data to monitor behavioral goals and inform instructional strategies
- Remain up to date on current behavioral strategies and ensure compliance with state and district regulations
