Make a meaningful difference for students and staff by providing support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a contract role located near Cambridge, MA. This position offers the flexibility of a part-time schedule (two days per week, Monday through Friday) for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. You'll focus your expertise on delivering consultation services for about 29 students, including elementary (grades 25) and middle school learners, working closely with educators and support teams in a positive, collaborative environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience in public school settings is strongly preferred, but not essential
- Proven skills in consulting on and implementing behavior intervention strategies
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a creative and compassionate approach
- Ability to support diverse student needs and collaborate across disciplines
What Youll Do:
- Provide behavioral consultation for classroom staff and students
- Review, update, and assist with implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Help staff deploy effective behavioral supports and classroom interventions
- Work with special education professionals and administration to promote student success
- Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within educational teams
