A specialized opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students in Methuen, MA, within a school setting. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, focusing on delivering behavior analysis services with a strong emphasis on supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for students across K-12 grade levels
- Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs supporting student interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and data collection to track student progress and effectiveness of behavior interventions
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA Certification is required
- Experience working within school environments preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads involving diverse age groups and behavioral needs
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
