Job Description
Bring your expertise in behavioral analysis to a collaborative K-12 school setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll partner with educators and support teams to create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students, while providing professional guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse caseload.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA Certification is required
- Experience working with a K-12 student population
- Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessment, behavior intervention plans, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Proven ability to supervise RBTs and provide ongoing staff training
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop data-driven, individualized BIPs for students
- Oversee and support RBTs in the implementation of ABA-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to review student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain clear documentation, track student data, and participate in student support meetings
- Provide ongoing professional development, feedback, and mentorship to RBTs and school staff
- Manage a dedicated caseload of K-12 students, adjusting approaches to fit unique needs
