Two contract-based BCBA positions are now available, requiring Maryland licensure and an eagerness to bring applied behavior analysis expertise to a dynamic educational context starting as soon as possible, with roles extending through May 28, 2027.
What We're Seeking:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Active BCBA license issued by the state of Maryland
- Experience providing behavior intervention and support services in a school-based environment helpful
- Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments and designing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Ability to collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to implement meaningful strategies
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to advocating for student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee development, implementation, and progress monitoring of behavior intervention plans for a K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments and collect data to drive positive behavioral change and student growth
- Provide ongoing training and consultation to school staff and caregivers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of behavioral supports within each student's educational program
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and procedural standards as outlined by BACB and school policies
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive school culture where every student has the tools to succeed
