What you bring:

• Current BCBA certification and relevant state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in a K-12 educational environment
• Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional learning

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to deliver effective behavioral supports
• Train and provide ongoing guidance to teachers, support staff, and families on behavioral strategies and data collection
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data
• Consult in IEP meetings, supporting the creation of positive, inclusive learning environments for all students
