Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Proven experience working within school settings or with school-aged children
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIP)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide direct and consultative behavioral support
  • Strong organizational abilities for case documentation and data analysis

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret findings to inform interventions
  • Design, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support school personnel in effective implementation of behavioral strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate data on student progress to adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, support staff, and families
  • Provide crisis intervention and professional guidance when behavioral challenges arise
  • Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and apply evidence-based techniques
