Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Proven experience working within school settings or with school-aged children
- Familiarity with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIP)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide direct and consultative behavioral support
- Strong organizational abilities for case documentation and data analysis
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret findings to inform interventions
- Design, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and support school personnel in effective implementation of behavioral strategies
- Collect, analyze, and communicate data on student progress to adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, support staff, and families
- Provide crisis intervention and professional guidance when behavioral challenges arise
- Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and apply evidence-based techniques
